Yes. Our HOSTCOVER covers any damage caused by a guest, including accidental & malicious damage.
Yes. It is important that your main home insurer is aware that you are having paying guests in the home as this could compromise their cover and stop you from claiming for non-related guest damages. If your main insurer doesn’t allow this, then we do also work as a traditional broker and can source main underlying home insurance for you with a provider who allows this type of use. If you pay monthly or annually, no. We will cover every booking within that period of cover. If you opt for our pay-per-stay option, we will link up to your Airbnb/booking.com calendar (through adding your ical link to your account) and get notified automatically of each stay. Alternatively, some of our customers like to drop us an email with the dates each time and we will add the stays in manually for you. We’re very flexible, so whatever suits you best!
Yes. Our HOSTCOVER only operates in the UK but we do have our partner company SUPERHOG, who offers a similar globally accessible guest damage protection cover which also includes their guest verification service. If you would like to know more please visit superhog.com.
